We're looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to help drive the technical delivery of our residential developments across Scotland. You'll play a key role from viability studies through to project completion, managing engineering design, technical approvals, utilities, risk mitigation and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
What we're looking for:
- Civil Engineering degree, HND or HNC (or equivalent)
- Strong experience within housebuilding, residential development or construction
- Knowledge of planning, roads, drainage, utilities and regulatory approvals
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially aware, proactive and solutions focused
